Why is the selection narrowing? Same drugs are not effective?
There are various reasons........some of the bacteria/viruses that I deal with are more resistant; some of the drugs are being withdrawn by the pharmaceutical companies (manufacturing difficulties, they say); the government has forced withdrawal of an animal source insulin; various drugs are disappearing (without explanations!) as one big medicine company buys out another. I don't talk about it much because maybe if I don't see it, it won't happen (yeah, I know, I'm just hiding my head in the sand). We still have plenty of the medicines we need for 99% of our pets' ailments.
Well we had better eat some more banana cream pie cause people are going to need more pie plates too...
My husband loves banana cream pie, and he will use any excuse to eat more of it!
As far as this TB thing...........................
It is scary to me. My selection of drugs to treat animal diseases is narrowing by the day, and I start to look at things far differently than I did only 3 weeks ago.
My faith in God is the only thing that keeps me sane.

Vet lots of people said they saw a big ring around the moon. Old folks say count the number of stars in the ring and that is how many days before it will rain.
The moon was so bright here that it cast shadows...it was pretty but made sleeping hard...too bright.
We saw that ring around the moon last night! I could not remember the old belief associated with the ring around the moon.
I love snow.....maybe it will snow here again soon!

Newspaper deifies American president, dismisses Christ
An editorial in a Danish newspaper, citing both foreign and domestic policies pursued by President Barack Obama, is deifying the American political leader.
"Obama is, of course, greater than Jesus – if we have to play that absurd Christmas game," opined the unsigned editorial yesterday in Politiken, which boasts of being Denmark's largest newspaper, in publication since 1884...
There also was the development during Obama's campaign when a website called "Is Barack Obama the Messiah?" captured the wave of euphoria that followed the Democratic senator's remarkable rise.
The site was topped by an Obama quote strategically ripped from a Jan. 7, 2008, speech at Dartmouth College just before the New Hampshire Primary in which he told students, "A light will shine through that window, a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany, and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote" for Obama.
The site includes this:
OBAMA BE THY NAME THY CHANGE WILL COME THY WILL BE DONE ...
